LSL Property Services plc is one of the leading residential property services companies in the UK and provides a broad range of services to its customers who are principally mortgage lenders, as well as buyers and sellers of residential properties. LSL brands include Your Move, Reeds Rains and e.surv. They wanted to bring recruitment for all companies within the group under one roof and raise awareness of the Lending Solutions brand.

Traditional press advertising methods of recruitment were not proving effective and although each company had a recruitment section on its website they received little, if any, response. Our review of Lending Solutions' requirements lead to the development of a fully functional database-driven website which provides higher perceived status for the group and much more resource for the HR team. They can easily update the latest vacancies but most importantly, are provided with a bank of potential employees that they can search and select from depending on their requirements.

With this valuable database of information, they can also target potential candidates with information about new roles, events and company news and with the provision of our stats package, they can see monitor activity and track the journey of each user, leading to ongoing improvements in functionality.
