Mapperley Park Clinic employs plastic and vascular surgeons, specialist doctors and laser qualified nurse practitioners. They are registered with and inspected by the Healthcare Commission and achieve high scores in all areas of care, safety and competence. They currently hold the highest aggregate score in the country.

The business found it was losing market share to new entrants and so decided to task us with re-branding the business. Having already worked with the marketing team for three years, we had a good understanding of how the business operated, but the re-brand enabled us to re-position the company to be more relevant to its target audience.

The client realised they needed a strong web presence, since its target market were increasingly using the web to gather information for vetting purposes. We developed a fully optimised CMS website featuring comprehensive advice and information to enable the potential customer to make an informed decision and also reduce the administrative burden which supplying information can become.

We have also managed Mapperley Park’s pay-per-click campaign on Google since early 2007 which now accounts for over 60% of their total new enquiries.
