Lending Solutions Property Services is a group of companies including Your Move, Reeds Rains and e.surv. They wanted to bring recruitment for all companies within the group under one roof and raise awareness of the Lending Solutions brand. Traditional press advertising methods of recruitment were not proving effective, and although each company had a recruitment section on it's website they didn't get much, if any, response from these because the in house IT teams didn't have time to keep the information up-to-date.
