With an increasing number of users accessing the internet using mobile devices, it's more important than ever to ensure that your website is fully accessible and compatible with the current generation of smartphones and tablets.

Instead we use Javascript, HTML and CSS techniques that allow engaging and interactive content while still being fully supported by mobile browsers.

However, in order to further engage with mobile users, Absolute CMS 4.0 now offers a Mobile Templating Engine, which enhances the experience further by presenting mobile users with a layout optimized for the smaller screens used by smartphones such as iPhone and Android devices.

As this functionality uses the same content, functionality and database as the main ‘desktop' site, there is no additional work involved in maintaining the mobile version of the site - new pages, news and other content is seamlessly, automatically re-styled when loaded. Moreover, the site can be edited through the existing CMS, so no additional training is required.

The Mobile Templating Engine also allows users to call the company directly through a touch-linked telephone number and makes it easy to complete enquiry forms online.
