Greenwood Academies Trust, which is responsible for managing a growing number of academies including Nottingham Academy, Skegness Academy, Western Favell Academy and Nottingham Girls School, asked Absolute web design to create a web design and CMS structure that would enable them to roll out a single solution across all of their academies. They also asked us to extend the design to a Foundation Trust website that represented the organisation behind the academies.

On Thursday 29th October, we hosted the latest in a series of free seminars aimed at marketing professionals and owner managers on the subject of Web Trends for 2011. Once again we had a strong turnout from businesses as diverse as health & beauty to electronics manufacturers.

New Account wins lead to further expansion

Were pleased to announce our latest web design; the Glen Eden Medical Aesthetics website. Having established a great deal of experience in the healthcare / clinic sector, with clients ranging from Nuffield Health to Mapperley Park Clinic, The London General Practice and The Body Clinic of Harley Street, we were approached by Glen Eden to create a new web presence that would better represent the clinical services they offer.

Already established as one of the East Midlands’ leading web design agencies, we are now bringing our integrated approach to Derby businesses.
We opened our Derby office back in February 2011 and achieved first position in Google for the term “web design Derby” by mid-July.

Social media has become a part of our everyday lives; no matter where you are, you can be updated through any number of devices as to what your friends are up to, where your favourite band is playing and even receive promotions from preferred retailers.  Social platforms such as Facebook and Twitter have become such powerful methods of disseminating information that it has become almost impossible to ignore their usefulness when marketing your business.

Following a successful three way pitch, Hancocks asked Absolute to create to their new e-commerce website. We developed a web design that would appeal to their target audience of B2B customers and that portrayed the size, experience, buying power and stature of Hancocks.
