Forging a formidable business reputation - Rob Brown's inspirational seminar took place at Absolute on March 23rd and was organised by Peopleshare as a way of engaging with their customer base.

One of the region's most renowned speakers, Rob Brown was able to bring the topic of business reputation to life and also give a preview of his new book in which he encourages business to identify their unique attributes and use these as a way to gain competitive advantage.

In the current financial climate, it can be tempting to try to compete on price alone and compromise your quality and service to secure new business. Rob's practical advice and motivating presentation style encouraged delegates to compete on value instead, and consider how their personal brand reflects on their commercial and personal success.
