Absolute held a series of web marketing seminars in November, as well as an additional date in December. The seminars covered all aspects of web marketing, including search engine optimisation (SEO), paid search marketing with Google AdWords, email marketing and promotion via social networking sites such as Facebook.

The seminars were very well received and delegate feedback focused on the practical and accessible content presented in the seminars.

We are thrilled to announce that we've just been appointed to design and produce the commemorative brochure for The Territorial Army’s "TA100" campaign marking their 100 year anniversary.

The TA100 is a year of celebration to mark the contribution of the territorial soldiers who have served both past and present. It also offers thanks to the ongoing love and support of their families and gives the TA an opportunity to demonstrate what they have to offer.

After a long relationship with the Institute of Directors (IoD) in the East Midlands, Absolute have been appointed regional partnership status to produce their ongoing marketing material and support their long standing brand identity. The partnership includes the presence of the Absolute identity on IoD collateral, as well as personal invites to all regional events. We're delighted to be selected by such a prestigious and reputable business institution as this gives us the opportunity to make contact with businesses of a like minded nature, interested in professionalism and developing long standing mutual relationships.

Our Operational Director, Dave Ellis was recently invited to attend a working lunch with Director General, Miles Templeman to discuss the challenges and difficulties resulting from the current economic climate. The lunch gave business leaders in the region an opportunity to comment on the initiatives available in the East Midlands and discuss ways in which to shape the business future.

As part of their ongoing investment in the UK market for training and outsourcing provision, SPX commissioned a corporate brochure to highlight their scope of operations and in particular to herald the launch of a new Gloucester training facility.

We recently undertook a redesign of their website and incorporated our bespoke content management system (CMS) that will enable them to take control of their search engine optimisation (SEO) and provide them with the flexibility to update and expand the website to suit their needs. As a growing firm who’s business model has extended as a reaction to supply and demand issues over the years, it was imperative that their brand better represented both the size of the business and the expertise within it. With this in mind, Absolute has been commissioned to undertake a re-branding exercise and re-develop their existing website design in the New Year. Watch this space!

SSHTOOLS LTD develop a range of secure communication products for the software professional based on the SSH (Secure Shell) protocol.

As market leaders in SSH Communication, their products are used by many of the major blue chip companies to transfer files and / or remotely control other machines over the internet. The success of their product relies heavily on their maturity, reliability and stability.

For this reason it was important that they had a brand that represented the experience, depth and integrity of the business and appointed us to develop this new brand to ensure they were viewed as the leading authority in secure communications.

Colour correction is at the heart of every Villa Nova project and the January launch was no different. Including Japanese influenced embroidery, floral motifs, wide-width sheers, taffeta and soft weave textures the collection had all the usual stunning fabrics and we were trusted to show them in their true light.

A growing brand in the US market, we also designed and produced brochures and pattern book print for the export market.
