As a responsible public sector organization, Nottinghamshire County Council needed a site that would be accessible to all parts of the community. As such, our web design needed to work in all web browsers and be compatible with screen readers, allowing blind and partially-sighted users to access the site’s content, combined with an engaging design and appealing look and feel.

The web design was integrated into the Council’s existing content management system, allowing them to easily add, remove and edit all aspects of the site from a system they were already familiar with.

The project required a lot of collaboration between our web designers and programmers and their in-house web developers and we’re really pleased with the resulting site.

Nottinghamshire County Council asked Absolute to produce a series of recruitment adverts to appear in national titles in order recruit three strategic Directors. The resulting campaign resulting in press adverts plus a microsite which was able to deliver more detailed information to potential candidates.
