We were able to successfully incorporate stock feeds from Rugstore NE’s wholesalers–a particular challenge as the imported data was not in a standardised format. Additionally, the module set required revisions to ensure the website worked in the best way for Rugstore NE’s business model.
We were able to utilise a pre-existing M2 theme to keep the budget under £25K, while including several bespoke modules including but not limited to: Reviews, Stock feeds, Layered navigation, Mass stock actions, Sort order, Order comments and Advanced shipping.
Maintaining business processes in a new environment has made the migration more efficient for Rugstore NE’s internal team, while adding some new functionality has enhanced the overall customer experience. Rugstore NE now plans to focus on organic sales rather than rely on paid search via Google.
