Magento Open Source requires on-premise hosting as an additional cost, whereas Adobe Commerce Cloud has a scalable built in cloud hosting solution out of the box.
That said, the license fee for Adobe Commerce On-premise software (especially for B2B sites) is heavily discounted. It’s worth considering if you are happy to manage hosting of your site yourself or via an agency.
