6 September 2019
Hosted at the London Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Square
We have been shortlisted for our work on the Indoor Sport Services website in two prestigious categories.:
The eCommerce Awards has been recognising companies and their agencies for over a decade, celebrating groundbreaking innovation in ecommerce and campaigns.
We entered Indoor Sport Services for the bespoke design and functionality we implemented on their new Magento 2 website and in particular the innovative process we developed to enable their customers to sign up for direct debit payments online. We took what used to be a time consuming manual process and automated this via the Magento site.
Our custom development allows users to verify their application by submitting proof of ID electronically, enabling them to sign up to a rental agreement for high value sports equipment and automatically generate a hire purchase contract which is then signed off digitally by the customer. The resulting process featured integrations with Exact, GoCardless and Docusign to streamline the acquisition of customers, resulting in 30% more customers per month.
Indoor Sport Services have also enjoyed a 50% increase in mobile revenue and a 128% increase in desktop conversion rate.
We are delighted to be recognised among strong competition such as Halfords, PhD Nutrition, Divido and Klarna. Entering the awards is a great opportunity for all participants to showcase the quality of their ecommerce sites and we’re looking forward to celebrating everyone’s achievements when the winners are announced on the 25th September 2019.
